Downward Hoop

In this game, team members stand in a circle and place their fingertips lightly under a Hula Hoop that starts above waist height. The objective is to lower the hoop all the way down to the ground while ensuring that every participant’s fingertip remains in constant contact with the hoop at all times. If anyone loses contact with the hoop or it becomes unbalanced, the team may need to restart. The Downward Hoop game is commonly used in team-building programs, leadership training, and group workshops because it encourages cooperation, problem-solving, and awareness of how individual actions impact the success of the entire group in a fun and engaging way.
