Human Knot

Team members stand in a circle and reach across to grab the hands of two different people, creating a tangled “knot” of intertwined arms. The challenge for the team is to untangle themselves without letting go of anyone’s hands, eventually forming a complete circle again. Success requires careful planning, patience, and clear communication, as players must navigate around one another, step over or under linked arms, and adjust their positions without breaking the chain. Each participant must pay attention to both their own movements and those of their teammates, anticipating how actions affect the group as a whole.
