For events with 50 participants and above, we recommend our mini games for a more engaging experience. Rather than focusing on long-duration main games, we offer a variety of mini games for you to choose from. You can either select individual mini games or opt for a combination of games in a competitive format.
Share your event requirements with us, and we’ll ensure a smooth and seamless experience for your team. You may refer to our mini games list below, and we suggest having 6-8 mini game booths for an ideal setup. The minimum number of booths is 4, while the maximum is 10.
Enhances communication skills
Team building games encourage participants to express ideas clearly, listen actively, and engage in meaningful discussions. This helps break down communication barriers and fosters open, effective interaction that can be applied in workplaces, schools, and everyday group settings.
Strengthens teamwork and collaboration
These activities require individuals to work together toward a common objective, promoting cooperation over individual achievement. Participants learn to support one another, leverage each other’s strengths, and build trust, resulting in stronger and more cohesive teams.
Develops problem-solving and critical thinking
Many team building games present challenges that demand creativity, strategic thinking, and quick decision-making. Participants must assess situations, explore solutions, and adapt when needed, enhancing their ability to think critically and respond effectively.
Boosts morale and motivation
The engaging and enjoyable nature of team building activities helps relieve stress and break daily routines. Positive interactions, laughter, and shared experiences uplift participants’ mood, leading to increased motivation, stronger engagement, and improved overall performance.

Team Building Games focus on cooperation, communication, and problem-solving instead of individual competition. Players must collaborate closely, plan strategies together, and support one another to achieve common goals and earn points. These games encourage teams to rely on collective effort, helping to build trust, improve coordination, and strengthen relationships among group members. Because of their collaborative nature, they are well suited for corporate team-building programs, schools, and any groups aiming to enhance bonding, teamwork, and cooperation.
Choose 3 or more games from the list of Team Building Games and groups of players will go around to play these games to win as many points within game play duration. The group with the highest point wins!
Team Building Games are activities that can begin with a single team and do not require multiple teams to start. Teams rotate through different game stations, earning points as they complete each challenge. All games are time-based and score-based, encouraging participation, focus, and consistent performance throughout the activities.
In contrast, Team Challenge Games require two teams to compete against each other in order to begin, with only one team emerging as the winner for each game. These games tend to be more competitive in nature, as teams face direct opposition and strive to outperform one another to win.
A team building game session usually begins with a short welcome and briefing, where the facilitator explains the objectives, rules, safety guidelines, and how points or timing will work.
Next comes the main activity segment, where teams rotate through a series of team building games. Each game focuses on skills such as communication, problem-solving, trust, and coordination. Teams work together to complete challenges within a time limit and earn points based on performance, teamwork, or task completion. Facilitators will guide the games, keep time and ensure rules are followed
After the games, the session usually wraps up with a short debrief. The session often ends with a points tally, recognition of effort, and a positive closing, leaving participants energized, connected, and motivated.
A session of Team Building Games can last at least an hour, depending on the number of games chosen and the number of players. Most sessions include multiple rounds of the different games with short breaks in between. The duration can be adjusted to accommodate specific event schedules or objectives, and TeamLabs can design extended or competitive formats for larger groups.
The minimum number of participants for Team Building Games is 15, and there is no maximum limit, as players can rotate to take part in the different games.
A team building games session requires a minimum of three games, with no maximum limit. Teams can rotate between activities, and multiple stations of the same game can be set up if needed.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for light physical activity.
Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a towel, as the games involve light physical activity—but the excitement and adrenaline may still work up a sweat!
